The main materials of Duralite AAC panels is manufactured from silica sand, gypsum, lime, cement and water. Duralite AAC panel is also a unique cellular structure that provides fire resistance, superior energy efficiency and acoustical properties. Reinforced with anti-stain processed steel bar, the concrete panel with many air hole was formed after high-temperature, high-pressure protection with steam. It’s a new type of constructional material for walls (Both Internal & External walls)
– Light Weight – Easy, Safe & Fast to use.
– Solid panel with no hollow cores within will eradicate water ponding problems encountered by hollow core panels.
– Productivity & Ease of cutting. Cutting speed is at least 5 times faster.
– Safety, with double layer of metal mesh, Duralite AAC can be used in many application and safer to install. Duralite AAC panels will not break into pieces which might result in injury compared to other materials without reinforcement mesh.
– Superior Fire Rating: 4 hours bare wall VS 2 hours with light plaster.
– Superior Comfort & Sustainability. With excellent thermal insulation property, designers and architects can push their sustainable design boundary with more natural ventilation overcoming the dependence on Air-Conditioning.
– Energy Savings – With low thermal conductivity, Duralite AAC panels is the ideal savings from Air-Conditioning electrical requirement.
–Reinforcement with double mesh – It can be designed to replace some convenient non-load bearing RC architectural component.
Duralite Panel Installation Process
(Horizontal Installation Work)
1. Setting Out
2. Setting out 2
3. Installation of Panels
Apply 20mm mortar on the floor slab/ parapet wall and joint mortar on all sides of the panel making sure that the thickness at the horizontal joints between panel to RC and panel to stiffener is 20mm. Install steel fixing brackets and nails at both ends of panels.
